Refund Policy

1. Digital Content & Immediate Service
Missing Clause Ltd provides digital content and automated AI-driven reports. Due to the nature of our "Instant Audit" technology, which delivers analysis immediately on-screen, you acknowledge that by purchasing Contract Credits or initiating an audit, you are requesting immediate access to digital content and services.
2. No Refunds on Used Credits
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel and receive a refund for digital services is lost the moment the service begins with your express consent. Therefore, Missing Clause Ltd does not offer refunds once a forensic audit—including IR35, FWA, or JSL assessments—has been initiated or the results have been displayed on-screen.
3. Unused Contract Credits
If you have purchased a Credit Bundle and have not yet used any credits, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. A small administrative fee of £5.00 will be deducted to cover Stripe’s non-refundable transaction processing costs and our administrative overheads.
4. Technical Issues
If a technical error on our platform prevents a report from being generated after a credit has been deducted, we will investigate our system logs and the SHA-256 Audit Trail. If a system failure is confirmed, Missing Clause Ltd will restore the credit to your account at no extra cost.
5. Non-Agreement with Results
Refunds are not provided based on a user's disagreement with the AI's forensic determination or Financial Wrongdoing Analysis exposure figures. Our platform provides guidance based on UK Tax Tribunal precedents and standard compliance markers; it is an informational tool and does not provide a guaranteed legal or tax outcome.
6. How to Request a Refund
For valid refund requests (per Section 3), please email our administration team at admin@missingclause.co.uk with your transaction ID and the email address associated with your account.
