1. Our Zero Retention Commitment

Missing Clause Ltd operates a strict Zero Retention policy regarding contract data for forensic audits. When you upload clauses for an IR35 or JSL or FWA audit the text is processed in temporary server memory and analysed by the AI and displayed immediately on screen for your review and then immediately purged. We do not store contract text or financial figures or names in any permanent database once the forensic session is closed.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect the minimum data necessary to manage your professional account and credits:

• Account Data: Your email address and purchase history for credit management.
• Audit Metadata: We store a SHA 256 digital fingerprint and the audit date to allow you to verify the authenticity of a generated report.
• Payment Info: All payments are handled by Stripe and we do not store credit card details on our servers.

3. Third Party Processing

We use industry leading providers to deliver our forensic services and ensure your data security:

• Google Gemini: To perform the real time AI forensic analysis based on February 2026 logic.
• Hostinger: As our primary email service provider for administrative communications.
• Stripe: To securely process professional tier payments and credit purchases.

4. Your Rights and UK GDPR

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access or correct or request the deletion of your account data. Because we do not retain contract text or specific audit results we cannot provide copies of past forensic audits once your session is closed. Users are responsible for downloading their own reports as PDF files during the active session.
