1. Triple Audit Scope
Our Platform provides automated forensic guidance across three distinct compliance frameworks. By using this service you acknowledge the specific limitations of each:
- IR35 Status Audits (Chapter 10 ITEPA): Reports assist in determining employment status but do not constitute a formal Status Determination Statement. The legal responsibility for the final determination remains with the user or fee payer.
- Supply Chain FWA Audits (Fair Work Agency): Reports identify potential exposure levels based on qualitative contractual gaps such as holiday pay or sick pay clauses. These findings are algorithmic and do not constitute financial verification of third party umbrella providers.
- Umbrella JSL Audits (Chapter 11 ITEPA): Reports identify contractual risk markers regarding Joint and Several Liability. We do not verify the real time tax remittance or operational compliance of any third party provider.
2. No Solicitor Client Relationship
Missing Clause Ltd is not a law firm and is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Use of this Platform including the purchase of credits or generation of reports does not create a solicitor client relationship. Our analysis is based on algorithmic interpretations of UK Tax Tribunal precedents and statutory standards which are subject to change.
3. Limitation of Liability
Under the 2026 UK compliance landscape recruitment agencies and fee payers face strict liability for supply chain debt. While our reports provide evidence of forensic due diligence they do not provide immunity from HMRC enforcement. To the maximum extent permitted by law Missing Clause Ltd shall not be liable for any tax debts interest or regulatory fines arising from your use of this guidance. We strongly recommend that users seek independent legal advice from a qualified solicitor before taking operational action.
4. Data Integrity and Version Control
The accuracy of every forensic report is strictly dependent on the integrity of the data provided by the user. Forensic scanning is based on the logic version current at the time of the audit. Missing Clause Ltd cannot be held liable if the information provided regarding the working reality or the contract text is found to be an inaccurate representation of the actual commercial relationship.
